our Story
Frozen Cabana didn’t start in a boardroom.
It started in a WhatsApp group chat in 2021.
Three friends. All Ghanaian. Raised in the UK.
We met at secondary school and have known each other for over 20 years. What began as a childhood friendship developed into conversations about business, ownership and building something of our own in Ghana.
At first, it was just ideas—voice notes, late-night debates and screenshots of concepts. At times, it seemed as though we might never cross the finish line.
Then it became serious.

The idea behind it
When Frozen Cabana was conceived in 2021, Ghana had no dedicated frozen daiquiri bars.
We saw the structure, consistency and experience delivered by strong hospitality brands abroad, and we knew Ghana deserved the same standard.
But we also knew it had to feel like home.
We didn’t want to build something exclusive in price. We wanted to build something inclusive in energy.
A space where people from different backgrounds, social circles and stories could stand together, hold the same cup and enjoy the same energy.
